2. Delivery Area
Sun Juice Marrakech delivers exclusively within the city of Marrakech. We do not offer delivery outside of this area.
3. Ordering Process
To place an order, simply select the products you wish to purchase, provide necessary delivery details, and complete the payment process. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
4. Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit/debit card and other online payment options as specified on the checkout page. All payments are processed securely.
5. Delivery Time
We aim to deliver all orders within the specified delivery time. However, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or traffic conditions. You will receive an estimated delivery time during checkout.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Orders can be canceled or amended before processing. Once the order is confirmed and dispatched, cancellations are not accepted. If you are not satisfied with your order upon delivery, please contact our customer service team, and we will try to resolve the issue.
